Kuwaiti leader to meet Cambodian counterpart

Phnom Penh - Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser al- Mohammed al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah will open a three-day official visit to discuss gas and oil exploration cooperation with Cambodia and potential direct flights, the Foreign Ministry said Sunday.
